Descripción de Destino Day 1: Fly to San Jose. You will be welcomed at the airport and transferred to your hotel.
Day 2: Travel by motorcoach to North Caribbean side of Costa Rica, then travel by boat to Tortuguero National Park. The National Park has 11 different kinds of habitats identified. You may observe birds like toucans, macaws, egrets and herons along with the crocodiles, whiteface, howler and spider monkeys, sloth, manatees and iguanas as well. Your lodge will include meals. Day 3: Today you will visit the Tortuguero Village, the Caribbean Conservation Center and hike around the Tortuguero hills. (B, L, D)
Day 4: Leave to Sarapiqui, the Tropical Humid Forest, check in and have a leisure afternoon (B
Day 5: Included today is the experience at Pozo Azul Zip Line Tour CANOPY TOURS and WHITE WATER RAFTING. If you want something less exciting you can take a Jungle Safari with horseback ride. (B)
Day 6: Depart Sarapiqui, enjoy the picturesque drive around the Santa Clara Valley and learn more about sugar cane and orange plantations. Next arrive at the Arenal Volcano, one of the most active in the world, with its steaming, rumbling cone and spewing lava. After hotel check in grab your swim suit for an evening visit to the Tabacon or Baldi Hot Springs. Enjoy natural hot mineral pools and waterfalls. (B, D)
Day 7: Today we have an Arenal Volcano National Park sightseeing tour (B)
Day 8: Ground transfer to San Jose, check in at the select Hotel
Day 9: Transfer OUT to the International Airport for your return flight.
